Yu-Poo focuses on dog-waste cleanup and odor-control gear: pickup bags and bulk rolls, dispensers and belt clips, yard waste stations, bin liners, enzymatic cleaners and related small hardware. It is an editorial resource, not a manufacturer, retailer, veterinary provider or official brand representative.
A five-point score requires the applicable method and supporting records. Recommendation inclusion is separate from the score; failed or non-recommended products are recorded rather than silently removed. A description of a method is not evidence that testing or scoring was completed.
Separate corrections, privacy and terms pages explain content boundaries and how to raise questions. Product and disposal claims should be read with their stated sources, conditions and limitations.

Dana Whitlock is the site's Editor-in-Chief, managing the testing calendar and checking product scores against raw test records before publication. Her coverage includes waste-bag film construction, waste-station hardware, long-term odour control in multi-dog households, and the documents behind compostability claims. She runs seam and handle pull tests herself and carries out the cold-weather bag check on foot in February. Each published score is checked against the raw log before it goes live. Her reviews connect observations of the bag film, handles and cold-weather use with the scores presented to readers.

Priya Raghavan is the site's Reviews Editor, handling sample intake, micrometer readings and test execution. Her coverage includes waste-bag dispensers, belt clips, leak testing, dog-walk timing, and cost-per-bag calculations across bulk rolls and single packs. She runs the 400 ml leak test and the 500-cycle dispenser-rig test, builds the product comparison table and assigns the score, then passes the raw log to the Editor-in-Chief for a check. Her work combines product-test findings with the calculation of pack prices into per-bag costs, giving readers concrete grounds for comparing different formats.

Elliot Vance is the site's Research Editor, covering odour in sealed bins, price and value models, product labels and certification documents, and municipal waste rules. He runs the odour panel and maintains the price-per-bag model used in the comparison tables. He reads certification documents line by line, keeps product-label records, and checks price and certification claims. When a manufacturer publishes material safety data, he tracks it; if a product's formulation or supplier changes, he retests it before its scheduled date. His work distinguishes label wording from its documentary support and brings together the different sources behind price, odour observations and disposal rules.
